Our meal at
Posada Margherita was one of my favorite experiences in Tulum. After exploring the ruins earlier in the morning, Amy and I were in search of a delicious meal on the beach. We asked a few of the local shop owners and they highly recommended the organic menu at Posada Margherita. We walked along the beach for much longer than anticipated and were overjoyed when we found the restaurant. We sat down at a table overlooking the turquoise water and immediately ordered ice cold bottles of water and homemade watermelon, lime, and basil juices. We snacked on cauliflower and fresh baked focaccia while we waited for our pasta and salad to arrive. Our entrees were fresh, organic, and perfectly prepared. Honestly, we could not have been any happier with our meal! The restaurant, along with the hotel, also had the most beautiful decor. The clay pots, turquoise and yellow wood, and vintage glass jars complimented the natural surroundings. When I return to Tulum dining at Posada Margherita will be at the top of my list!
