A few weeks ago I enjoyed a fabulous dinner at my friends' apartment, which concluded with the most delicious vegan orange cake. I was eager to recreate it at home for Brian to try, and thought it would be the perfect treat to enjoy after our ten-day cleanse. The recipe was easy to follow and turned out just as I remembered it- moist, flavorful, and refreshing. Enjoy!
