Scenes from the weekend.

This weekend felt like my final summer hurrah. Saturday morning I met friends for Dim Sum, tried bubble tea for the first time at Ten Ren, and introduced the group to The Original Chinatown Ice Cream Factory. If you are in New York City and have not had their almond cookie ice cream, I recommend you get down to their shop on Bayard Street immediately! After a busy day out, Brian and I had an early dinner at Il Bambino and watched Friends at home that evening.

Sunday afternoon I caught up with my friend Nicole at the King & Grove pool in Williamsburg. She is in town from Boston for Fashion Week and was able to sneak in a quick get together. We have been friends since elementary school and it is always nice to catch up when our paths cross. After hours poolside, we walked over to the Smorgasburg and sat in Bushwick Inlet Park. The weather could not have been more lovely this weekend and it was so nice to spend most of my time outside in the sun!
