A morning with the gargoyles.

After a lengthy wait outside the cathedral, my mom and I climbed 387 spiraling stairs to the top of the South Tower of Notre-Dame. The views of the city from the top were absolutely stunning. I especially loved seeing the gargoyles and and chimera up close and personal. We ended up spending over an hour taking photos, listening to the bells, and enjoying the panoramic views. Standing at the top of Notre-Dame was one of my favorite experiences in Paris.

    1. Hey Jillian! The climb was amazing and I am so grateful we had the time to wait and climb to the top. I loved the cathedral so much and couldn't stop taking photos of it! It was near our hotel, so we got to enjoy the views of Notre Dame several times during our stay.
