Dreaming of summer...

June is on the horizon and summer is definitely on my mind. My school-day countdown is in the teens, final reports are being written, and my winter clothes have been packed away and traded for my favorite breezy dresses.

One of my favorite parts about summer is dining al fresco around New York City. Restaurants take on a whole new light once their back gardens are open for business- patios bustle with conversation, lights are strung over tables, and ice cold drinks somehow taste even more delicious than usual. I got my first hint of summer dining at Butcher Bar a couple weeks ago with my brother and Brian, and cannot wait for more outdoor dining soon.
Where are your favorite outdoor dining spots in New York City? I would love to check out some new locations this summer!
