... we admired the holiday windows at Lord & Taylor's on Fifth Avenue.
The theme of this year's windows is Christmas traditions from around the world. As you stroll along the historic store, you can follow Santa as he journeys to Central Park, a hip party, and a lantern-filled pond in Asia (among other scenes). We especially loved the Central Park scene, since visiting that zoo has been one of our traditions with Emily since she was a little girl.

Oh the windows are so lovely!! We were debating to take Julianna (our 2 & 1/2 yr old daughter) to see Macy's windows this year and Santa. I didn't want to attempt going to see the tree - too many people and its too busy there with a toddler! We decided to hold off til next year for Macys windows - when she will appreciate it more... we used to go every year- I Miss it!
