If it was up to me, all weekends would be three day weekends. They are just so wonderful. This Memorial Weekend was extra special because it included a friend's beautiful wedding at the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. I had a blast celebrating my friends Matt and Mansi Saturday evening. Hours of dancing, eating, and drinking in honor of the happy couple led to a long nap Sunday afternoon. That evening Brian and I hopped on the train to Jackson Heights for Indian food. Monday morning we watched Emily walk with her Girl Scout troop in Norwalk's Memorial Day parade. Afterwards we enjoyed lunch at Hillstone (our own little Memorial Day tradition) and visited the Vietnam War Memorial downtown. How was your weekend?
I've always wanted to go to a wedding at BBG! The setting is just so pretty. I hope you had a great time! And I totally agree about the 3 day weekends. Life would be so much better.

Thanks for commenting Bre! I found that dress on sale last winter at Madewell and was so excited to wear it. My friend loaned me that beautiful necklace; I wish that was a part of my accessory collection!
