Scenes from the weekend.

The weather was absolutely wonderful this weekend with temperatures reaching almost eighty on Saturday. I am so happy spring has finally arrived! This winter was brutal and I have never felt more ready for the new season! On Saturday we saw Catch Me, a show by the troupe Flip Fabrique, at the New Victory Theater. We were in awe of the stunts, acrobatics, and juggling acts performed by the group. I especially loved the aerial strap number performed to the song To Build a Home; the performance was so breathtakingly beautiful it made me cry! After the show we had Wooly's shaved snow, tacos, and Dough doughnuts at City Kitchen. Yum!

On Sunday we had brunch with our friend Eric and his baby girl Heidi in the neighborhood at DiWine. Brian, Emily, and I also had a Just Dance contest before she headed back to her mom's house for the week. Emily won two out of the three challenges, but Brian and I put up a good fight!
