Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies

I am a sucker for the perfect sweet and salty combination. Kettle corn? I can eat an entire bag in one sitting. Chocolate covered potato chips? Absolutely delicious. Better yet, chocolate covered bacon? Um, I loved it when I tried it at the MN State Fair.

So, when I discovered a recipe for the perfect sweet and salty cookie, I knew it would be a hit. I thoroughly enjoyed baking this recipe for chocolate chip pretzel cookies. The batter was so delicous, I barely had the control to even bake the cookies!
Boo sits with me in the kitchen every time I bake. She is a great baking companion.
This was the first time I baked with almond flour, and I really liked the texture it added to the cookie once it was baked. All in all, another baking success! If you want to check out this recipe, along with many other tasty treats, head over to with love, Rachel. This girl seriously knows how to bake, and I can't wait to test the cinnamon blueberry chocolate chip cookie recipe she posted last week. Happy baking everyone!

  4. I need to find someone to make these for me.

My friend got me addicted to the salted chocolate chip cookies. SO GOOD. And another great salty/sweet combo is my FAVORITE ice cream, Ben and Jerry's Chubby Hubby. Perfection.
