Scenes from the weekend.

This weekend, Brian and I attempted to balance out the more stressful activities with some of our favorite places around Long Island City and Greenpoint. We made not one, but two trips to Peter Pan for donuts, egg sandwiches, Linzer tarts, black and white cookies, and crumb cake in between trips to our new public storage space. We also cleaned out my old apartment and turned in my keys, wandered through 5 Pointz, and sipped cappuccinos at Sweat Leaf. It was a weekend full of emotional highs and lows.

I am feeling so relieved to officially be moved out of my old apartment and into my new home with Brain, and cannot wait to start this new chapter in our story.
